A Mentorship Session reserves recurring monthly time with this mentor at a lower effective rate. You pick the times for each month up front, and you can reschedule individual sessions.
Can I reschedule or cancel my sessions?
Yes — up to 24 hours before the session. Inside 24 hours the session is charged as a no-show if you miss it.
What if I don't like my session?
Tell us within 48 hours at hello@knowflex.io and we'll make it right — including a credit refund where appropriate.
